Choose a quiet place to revise where there are no distractions.
Test yourself
to see if you can remember what you've learnt. After reading over notes in your textbook, write down what you have learnt without looking at your textbook.
Give yourself plenty of time to revise for an exam. The later you leave it the more you will have to learn in the days leading to the exam. Don’t leave revision to the last minute.
Make a revision table
and fill in how much revision you do for each subject each day. This will ensure you do adequate revision for each subject and enable you to keep track of what you have revised.
Make sure to take a 10 minute break every 30 to 40 minutes.
Try to work at a steady pace and don’t panic, you can’t expect to learn everything at once!
