Year 12 student Beth O'Boyle is celebrating after being crowned Northern Ireland FutureChef Champion 2012! Beth will now go on to represent Northern Ireland at the national final held in London on March 26th were she will get the opportunity to cook in front of renowned chefs like Brian Turner and Ainsley Harriot. Beth's sister, Orla a past pupil of St. Colmcille's also represented Northern Ireland at the national finals in 2010.
